Cancellation requests received within this period will be reviewed and processed, provided the order has not already been packed, processed, or dispatched.

Dispatched from our facility
the order cannot be cancelled.
No cancellation requests will be accepted after dispatch under any circumstances.

Refund for Cancelled Orders
If a cancellation request is approved within the eligible cancellation window, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
Refunds are generally processed within 7 to 10 business days after cancellation approval.

Cash on Delivery Orders
If Cash on Delivery services are available, customers are requested to place orders responsibly.
Repeated order cancellations, refusal of deliveries, or misuse of ordering services may result in restrictions on future purchases.
International Orders
International orders may only be cancelled if the cancellation request is received before order processing and shipment preparation begins.
Once processing or shipment has commenced, international orders cannot be cancelled.
