Return Eligibility
We accept return requests only under the following circumstances:
Product received is damaged during transit
Product received is defective
Wrong product received
Incomplete order received
To be eligible for a return or replacement, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging along with all accessories, tags, invoices, and accompanying materials.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return:
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
Products showing signs of use after delivery
Products returned without original packaging
Customized or personalized products
Products purchased during special clearance or final sale promotions
Gift cards or digital products, if applicable
Minor variations in color, finish, texture, size, or detailing that naturally occur in handcrafted products
Many of our products are handcrafted and may exhibit slight differences from product photographs. Such variations are considered natural characteristics and not manufacturing defects.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Description of the issue
Our team will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution.
Replacement Policy
Once the issue has been verified, Eswayambhu may offer:
Replacement of the product
Store credit
Refund, where applicable
Replacement requests are subject to product availability.
If the same product is unavailable, an alternative solution may be offered at our discretion.

Returns should not be shipped without prior authorization from our customer support team.

Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
Refunds are generally processed within 7 to 10 business days after approval.
The actual credit timeline may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or financial institution.
Shipping charges, handling charges, customs duties, and other non-refundable fees may not be eligible for refund unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing an order.
Once an order has been packed, processed, dispatched, or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
If an eligible cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
International Orders
For international orders, returns and refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and other associated costs unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error by Eswayambhu.
